For 90% of the time, it takes one day to start and finish a fencing job. When a project contains a fence that is 300 LF (linear feet) or larger, the fence installation will take longer than one day.

Absolutely. We understand the importance of adhering to rules from the very beginning of a project. It prevents expensive mistakes from occurring. As a convenience to our customers, we file the HOA paperwork and pull any permits needed per city and county requirements.

HOA approval can take anywhere from 14-30 days. It’s best to exercise patience. A permit may be issued immediately but can take up to one week.

We recommend a permanent “pinned” bound survey with a print map to ensure precise placement of the fence. Otherwise, the homeowner takes full responsibility and expense for any adjustments that need to be made to the new fence installation in case of a dispute on the property line or any other discrepancy.
